OUR STORY
Built on Integrity
Founded in 2003, Integrity Home Improvements was created to offer homeowners a more thoughtful remodeling experience, one built around clear communication, careful planning, and respect for the home itself.
From kitchens and bathrooms to full home remodels and additions, we focus on creating spaces that work beautifully for everyday life while keeping the process organized, transparent, and manageable.
Most of our projects come from referrals and repeat clients throughout San Diego, a reflection of the care we bring to each home and the relationships we build along the way.
As a NARI-accredited remodeling company, we hold ourselves to high industry standards and take pride in work that reflects our name.
MEET THE OWNER
Ryan Parkinson, Licensed Contractor
Ryan Parkinson’s path into remodeling was anything but typical. With a background in chemistry and education, he began his career as a high school science teacher before relocating from Seattle to San Diego in 2001 and entering the remodeling industry as a designer and estimator.
After seeing how often sales were prioritized over service, Ryan founded Integrity Home Improvements in 2003 with a simple goal: give homeowners a clearer, more respectful remodeling experience.
Today, with over 20 years of design-build experience, Ryan remains closely involved in every project, guiding clients through planning, design, and construction with a steady, hands-on approach focused on communication, consistency, and accountability.

Small Business,
Locally Owned
As a locally owned remodeling company based in San Diego, we stay closely involved in every project we take on. Our small team allows us to be hands-on, responsive, and attentive throughout the process.
That means clearer communication, consistent oversight, and a level of care throughout the entire project.
