He decided he would venture on his own and do it better by applying his own standards. He believes passionately in treating his customers as he would want to be treated, which in retrospect, has paid dividends over the years, creating lasting relationships with customers over the last 20 years.

In 2003, Ryan established Integrity Home Improvements and has since dedicated himself to ensure that the company, employees and subcontractors maintain quality and treat all customers and surroundings with respect. Integrity is not just the name he chose, but the credo by which he strives: to do as you say and to say as you do. He is highly involved to ensure that his high standards of quality of work, communication, and consistency are always met. Ryan combines his knowledge and experience as a building contractor & designer with his communication skills in order to bring client's concepts to life. He specializes in design build processes and really enjoys creating incredible designs and renovations that stand the test of time. Rather than being left to fend for themselves, Ryan accompanies our clients through the entire design process, contributing his knowledge, experience, and vendor relationships to guide clients through their project's design concepts and products.
