Terms & Conditions: Referral Rewards Program

1. The Referral Rewards Program is open to existing customers of Integrity Home Improvements who have completed a project with us.

2. To qualify for rewards, the referred customer must mention the referrer's name and contact details at the time of their initial consultation.

3. The referred customer's project becomes eligible for rewards once their project contract is accepted and signed, meeting our minimum project minimum amount of $10,000.

4. Referrers will be contacted once the referred customer's project contract is accepted and signed to select their preferred reward from the provided options.

5. Each referrer is entitled to choose one reward for each successfully referred project.

6. Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of similar value at the discretion of Integrity Home Improvements.

7. This program is not applicable to employees or affiliates of Integrity Home Improvements.

8. Integrity Home Improvements reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.

9. Referrers are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the rewards.

10. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

11. By participating in the Referral Rewards Program, referrers agree to allow Integrity Home Improvements to use their name and testimonial for promotional purposes.

12. Referrers must be at least 18 years old to participate.

13. This offer is valid for referrals made after 9/1/2023 and is subject to change without notice.​

California-Specific Terms and Conditions: Referral Rewards Program

1. The Referral Rewards Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to California's Business and Professions Code § 17537.1 et seq.

2. Any rewards or incentives earned through this program are subject to California's Unclaimed Property Law (California Code of Civil Procedure § 1520 et seq.).

3. Participants in the Referral Rewards Program consent to the use of their personal information as necessary to administer the program in compliance with California's Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (California Civil Code § 1798.100 et seq.).

4. Integrity Home improvements reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Rewards Program in accordance with California law.

5. By participating in the program, participants release Integrity Home Improvements and its affiliates from any liability arising from the Referral Rewards Program
